Imagine being just like me, I have always been opposed to staying fit. However, in 2020 I found myself weighing more then I would like to weigh, especially in the stomach area. As we started into city shutdowns because of a nationwide pandemic and the gyms were being restricted from operation, I had no place to begin working on losing weight.

I say, "I can change your mind in one session"
As a personal trainer, my goals are to provide my clients with a variety of exercises in every session. My witty personality makes for an exciting workout experience; boredom is unheard of. Starting immediately gets you closer to your goals, why wait for a new month to start just to create another reason to postpone your journey to a better, healthy you. Exercise gives you a burst of energy and creates happy hormones therefore you may show up tired, but you'll leave with energy. Everyone has one hour in any given day to focus on yourself. Caring about other people will never help you become a better you, ignore those that don't matter and carry on. Lastly, my favorite, if you don't sweat, you're not doing anything. Embrace the need for sweat it shows that you're getting closer to your goals. What do you really expect to accomplish with these excuses? Make goals and conquer them but let me ERASE the EXCUSES and help lead the way through MOTIVATION & ACCOUNTABILITY.
